The Gamecocks beat the Arkansas Razorbacks 34-1 during their homecoming game this past weekend, stretching their winning streak to 6 games and moving them into the top 25 rankings.

USC Head Coach Steve Spurrier went with the quarterback shuffle system as he alternated between Stephen Garcia and Chris Smelley on Saturday, finishing the home schedule at Williams Brice Stadium.

"I thought both quarterbacks played pretty decent all things considered" said Coach Spurrier.

The win gives the Gamecocks a seven and threee record and moves USC up on the post-season bowls lists.   Spurrier's Gamecocks are also now ranked in the top 25 on every poll, coming in at the 24 spot on the AP Poll.

South Carolina heads to Florida to face the number three ranked Gators this Saturday.
