An armed robbery took place in the East Quad courtyard around 12:50 a.m. on the University of South Carolina campus.

The suspect was described as a white male with long blonde hair. He is around 18-21 years old and around six feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing glasses, a black jacket and khaki shorts.

The suspect put a knife to the throat of the male victim and demanded their wallet. The suspect took the wallet and headed towards the South Quad on foot. The victim was not injured.
