Aerial Fitness improves your total body strength and flexibility.

If you think you've tried just about everything to improve your health and fitness routine, think again.
Aerial Fitness takes working out off the ground and elevates you into the air on silk ribbons. Instructor Nicole Wallace says it's the most fun and easy way to work out for those who don't like going to the gym.
"This is a fun way to build upper body strength because most women do not like going to the gym. So this is something that is going to give you the strength without going to the gym and lifting weights, because that's not fun," said Wallace.
This type of workout is used for Cirque du Soleil's traveling acrobatics and aerial shows that require total body control and strength. Aerial Fitness member Ellie Singerling said it is much harder than it looks.
"I think it's a different thing, any other sport that you can sign up for or even dance, it's different than that. Also different than acrobatics, it's just fun. I don't know. There are no words," said Singerling.
If you're feeling adventurous, Wallace said Aerial Fitness can kick your butt while having a good time. You can view their schedule and instructors on their website.
