Halloween night had a particular glow at 3827 Lenwood Drive in Columbia this year.

Each year, Forest Acre homeowners anticipate the Halloween sights and sounds at Tim Wood's home.  Wood spends the weeks before Halloween preparing to make his house the lightest and brightest home on the street.

What makes his home so unique is that the songs that are broadcast on an FM transmitter on Halloween night.  Drivers can tune their car radios and hear the tunes synched to the lights on Wood's home.

“It's like a hobby of mine, so I don't really worry about the expense,” Wood said.

Trick-or-treaters make his home the first and last stop on their Halloween adventure says resident Marie Davidson.   Woods does more and more each year, and neighbors say they are always looking forward to what comes next.
