New Gamecock Head Basketball Coach Frank Martin is hiring five members of his staff from Kansas State to join him at South Carolina
Martin is bringing Brad Underwood, Matt Figger, Lamont Evans, Andy Assaley and Scott Greenawalt. All five served on Martin's staff at Kansas Stave over the past five seasons.
Underwood will serve as assistant head coach along side assistant coaches, Figgers and Evans. Figgers will also serve as the recruiting coordinator.
Greenawalt will be the strength and conditioning coach, the same position he held at KSU. Assaley will serve as the director of basketball operations.
Martin was hired last Tuesday to replace Darrin Horn. Horn was head coach for the past four season, three of which resulted in losing records.
