Krista is a super (STAR) senior from Charleston, SC, with a strong passion for broadcast news and entertainment. She interned at WCBD News 2 in both 2009 and2011. She assisted in producing one-man-band packages, VOSOTs and VOs, and she also assisted in producing the morning, evening and 11 PM newscasts.
Krista has also worked for USC's campus television station, SGTV. She was the Co-Producer and Director of "Top5," a segment for the entertainment show "Talk of the Town." She is also the co-creator, co-producer, and co-host of SGTV's "Tipsy Trivia," a sloppy mixture of trivia and intoxication, set in the heart of Columbia's nightlife district.
In the future, she hopes to pursue "TipsyTrivia" with her co-host, Laura Kuhen. Their vision is to take the show on the road for a nationwide campus crawl.
Overall, Krista enjoys writing, filming, producing and directing. Upon graduation, she plans to apply for various jobs all over the country. She is looking forward to life after college, and she can't wait to see what the future has in store for her.
