Harriet Ward is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston, where she majored in History and minored in French. Following graduation, she worked as an assistant to a senior financial advisor at Merrill Lynch.
Currently, she is completing her Master's in Mass Communications at USC, with a focus in Broadcast Journalism. She hopes one day to serve as a political or foreign correspondent for a national news organization.
Harriet hopes to tell news stories that introduce viewers to interesting people and places they might not have otherwise come to know.
