Ben Rutkowski was born in Wooster, Ohio on April 27th 1989. Two years later he moved to Spartanburg, SC where he grew up.
Ben began attending the University of South Carolina in 2007 as a Media Arts student. After two and a half years in the Media Arts program, Ben switched his major to Broadcast Journalism. He will graduate in May 2012 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Media Arts.
Ben is a long time Steeler fan and has family in the Pittsburgh area. He hopes to find a job in a some sort of media after he graduates. He currently works for an independent blog located in Irmo, SC. At USC Ben participated in RUF (Reformed University Fellowship), one of the campus ministries on campus.
