Walking into a Goodwill store, you expect to see an abundance of clothing, house wares and other items at affordable prices.  But what you probably wouldn't expect is a place you can go to find a job.  That could change with the opening of the Goodwill Job Connection Center.

Goodwill's Director of Marketing Crystal Hardesty says it's really hard for people without access to a computer to find or to apply for a job these days.  The new Job Connection gives job hunters a place to come in, search for an apply for jobs online.

"We have an employment specialist there at all times who is there to basically just help.  So they can help them, if they're not familiar with the Internet and learn how to  navigate and you know input that into an application," said Hardesty.

Job Connection worker Vanette James says they can also help people with their resumes, work attire and applications.

"We do also what is called job leaves which is basically we print out the different jobs for the different agencies that's hiring," said James.

Eric Fanning says he is thankful for the Job Connection Center.

"It's hard to find one out here so this place helps you locate a job a lot quicker than going out there on the streets," said Fanning.

Job Connection workers say they will help anyone looking for work.
