The Carolina Fanatics are avid Gamecock fans that are always looking for fun. The group has been traveling to all the away games for 20 years for tailgating fun and to support their team. Their latest trip took them to Nashville for the USC-Vandy game.
"I would rather go to away games than home games, it's more fun. I mean we have more fun. We do things like tailgating and partying and having fun," said bus driver Ralph Whittle.
The Carolina fanatics have been doing this for so they can't imagine life without each other.
"Everyone on my bus is like family, we've been traveling together for so long its just one family. We take care of each other, if anybody needs anything we always help each other out," said Whittle.
Even if the Gamecocks are having a rough game or season, the Carolina fanatics will be there to cheer them on and help other Gamecock fans dance and have fun too.
