Got e-mail problems? Here's the solution

Since the University of South Carolina switched to the e‑mail service Outlook Live in January, the complaints have been growing. Here's how to fix some of them.
The Problem:
I cannot log into Outlook Live.
The Solution:
Reset your password on VIP or call University Technology Services at 777-1099
The Problem:
I cannot receive e-mail on my smart phone.
The Solution:
For Blackberry Curve, Storm and Pearl, follow the links. For the iPhone, follow the directions provided by Microsoft.
The Problem:
My e-mail is not forwarding to another account or is not forwarding from the old e-mail system.
The Solution:
Set up a new forward following the directions. If this does not work, call UTS.
The Problem:
I cannot set up Outlook on Entourage, Windows Mail, MacMail.
The Solution:
Visit UTS' Frequently Asked Questions, go to e-mail set up and choose which system you use. Follow the directions to set up the alternate system.
